Beth Poslusny (3) is the General Manager, Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate since December 2015.  Prior to Village Hotel Director of Catering & Conference Services, Biltmore Estate, 13 years. Passionate in keeping busy at work and home, enjoy biking, kayaking, and time with family. A native to Asheville, Tyler Miller (7) has been in the hospitality industry for 14 Years, 8 of those years at the BIltmore company starting as a Banquet Manager at the Inn on Biltmore Estate in 2010. Tyler helped in the opening of Village Hotel as he became the Food and Beverage General Manager at Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate in 2015. Tyler and Beth have worked together for more than eight years. Both Type 3 and Type 7 are real look-alikes. They are both oriented to projects, optimistic, enthusiastic and are highly active. They also tend to feel a sense of freedom when pursuing separate interests and tasks. This relationship, however, can be hindered by both types’ tendencies to avoid painful feelings, negatives and difficulties, and their mutual habit of overbooking themselves.
