Episode 4

Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who serves as a psychotherapist and Stress Management Consultant to patients at Duke Executive Health and Signature Programs at Duke University’s Medical Center.  Anna’s  lifelong passion is the human relationship and above all, the innate capacity human beings possess to move towards vitality in life.  Anna resides in Durham, NC and enjoys any of the following in whatever combination: family, friends, food, music, conversations, movies, hanging out by a body of water.
